Are these the real exam questions?
No. Our questions are practice material to help you prepare. They are not the questions used in the vendor’s live exam, and we do not promise that you will see them on test day.
How are the questions written and reviewed?
Each question set is prepared for one specific exam code and added to that exam’s question bank by our content team. Many questions include an explanation of the correct answer. We do not currently publish details about individual authors.
How often is content updated?
There is no fixed schedule. Each exam page shows the date its question bank was last updated, so you can check before you buy.
What’s your refund policy?
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which explains when and how a refund can be requested.
How do I access my files after purchase?
Every order is reviewed by our team. After approval, your PDF or interactive practice appears under My Content in your account.
What devices does the software run on?
The interactive practice runs in your web browser, so it works on current desktop, tablet and phone browsers with nothing to install. PDF files open in any PDF reader.
What formats are available?
Depending on the exam: a downloadable PDF, an interactive practice test that runs in your browser, or a bundle of both. Each exam page shows exactly which formats exist for that exam; some exams currently offer free sample questions only.
Can I try before buying?
Yes. Free sample questions are available for many exams, with no email or account needed. The exam page shows whether a sample exists.
Is my payment secure?
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s secure payment page; your card details are not stored on our servers. Google Pay is offered on supported devices and browsers.
How long do I have access?
Each order shows its access period in My Content.
